Foundational Reformer Course – Jan 2025
This foundational course offers an exceptional and thorough basis for becoming a successful Pilates teacher. Learn Level 1 and 2 Reformer exercises with the skills to teach private and group classes. Associated topics of programming, cueing and communication to develop well rounded teaching. Experiential learning and a creative approach in our inviting and supportive atmosphere. Significant practice and review are required between sessions.
Mat L3 – Jan 2025
Pilates teachers: learn the advanced Level 3 Mat repertoire in our 1 day course. Integration, cueing, safety and programming considerations will be thoroughly incorporated.
Therapeutic Pilates Course: January 2025
