Laura Helsel teaches her therapeutic approach to experienced Pilates teachers.
This course offers a pragmatic approach to teaching clients who come to Pilates hoping to deal with stubborn injuries, vulnerabilities and chronic conditions and to help participants be more confident and effective in their teaching.
Participants must already be actively teaching and ideally have a history of working in private sessions.
